How Is The Casing Centralizer Mounted On The Casing?
Nov. 29, 2018
Casing Centralizer is generally divided into two types: elastic centralizer and rigid centralizer. Sometimes it can be semi-rigid. Most of the rigid centralizers are larger in inner diameter than the casing, and can be inserted from the male buckle and then fastened. There are also end-of-section forms, which are rare on the spot. Materials can be cast steel, aluminum alloy, high performance polymer. The elastic centralizers are of the type of preparation and welding. Generally, for the convenience of fixing, they are all connected by hinges. They can be connected with the casing thread and sleeved on the casing coupling to prevent the centralizer from moving up and down. If it is not used on the coupling, the elastic centralizer must use the clamp. The clamp is fixed at a certain design position of the sleeve, and the elastic centralizer is placed at both ends of the clamp. If the welded style elastic centralizer is not hinged, it will only be inserted shortly from the sleeve and then fixed with a separable clamp.
We have different types of centralizers such as Non Weld Positive Centralizer, Hinged Welded Centralizer, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
